When serving the side of justice, Shadow can use chaos control to move faster that it's like teleporting, or to freeze or slow down time to defeat his enimies.
When fighting for revenge and destruction, Shadow will use chaos blast, a powerful explosion that will instantly destroy everything in a 50 feet radius.
